How do I return an item?
To return an item please print out and include the abeec returns form that can be found here. Return within 28 days to our business address below:

I don’t want the item anymore; can I return it?
Changed your mind? Not a problem. Simply send your item/s back within 28 days with an abeec returns form (here). Make sure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition to re-sell to receive a refund.
I’ve received a damaged/faulty item?
We’re really sorry you’ve received a faulty item. Please return the item to us within 30 days with our abeec returns form (here) and select ‘faulty’. We can then offer a full refund or replacement for you. If you’re not able to create a returns form, please email us at hello@abeectoys.com and a member of our team will be happy to help.
How long will my refund/replacement take?
Once we have received your returned items or your email query, we will aim to get any refund or replacement item out within 3-5 business days.
