Who is abeec?
abeec is a UK toy brand, part of RMS International, a British toy company founded in Manchester in 1986 and still family run today. We have sold toys, crafts and games on Amazon and elsewhere since 2019, where families have left over 9,500 reviews. abeectoys.com is our own store, built right now around one thing: squishies and fidget toys.

Do you sell wholesale?

What is a Squishy Dumpling?
A soft, slow rise sensory toy shaped like a little bao bun, sealed inside a bamboo style steamer basket. You do not know which colour you are getting until you open it. Made from soft, squeezable TPR, satisfying to pinch, stretch and squash, then it slowly rises back.

Is this the original viral dumpling from TikTok?
Yes. The Squishy Dumpling is made by RMS International, abeec's parent company, under the Crazy Fun range. It is the same dumpling sold in major UK and US retailers, and the trend behind it has passed a billion views on TikTok. Plenty of copies exist. This is not one of them.
How does the mystery work?
Each dumpling is sealed in its steamer, and the colour inside is random. Rare colours appear less often. In the Shimmering Starlight Edition the Galaxy Glitter is the rarest pull, and silver comes up less often than the standard colours. No, we cannot tell you which one you will get. That is the fun.
Is it safe for my child?
Yes, from age 3 up. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts. CE and UKCA certified and tested to UK and EU toy safety standards. Adult supervision recommended. One more thing: squishies are for squishing. Some online trends and hacks use them in ways we do not endorse and that could damage the toy or cause injury. Please do not put squishies in the microwave or try to heat them up in any way.
How big is a dumpling and how do I look after it?
The standard dumpling is about 10cm across. The Giant is 17cm and needs two hands. If it picks up dust or gets sticky, rinse with warm soapy water and dust lightly with cornflour to bring back the matte finish. Look out for the mini dumplings which are inside our upcoming advent calendar and also available to buy as a 5 pack or 10 pack.
How much is delivery?
Free UK delivery on orders over £30. £3.99 standard delivery on orders under £30. Northern Ireland £6. Highlands and Islands £7. Offshore and BFPO £7. Channel Islands £10. We currently deliver within the UK only.
How fast is delivery?
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day, Monday to Saturday, from our Manchester warehouse. Orders ship via Amazon Shipping on a tracked service and you will get a tracking link by email at dispatch. Mainland UK delivery typically takes 1 to 3 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If it has not been packed yet, yes. Email hello@abeectoys.com as soon as possible after ordering and we will do our best. Once dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but you can return it under our returns policy.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. UK only for now. Join the email list and you will be first to know if that changes.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, unused, unopened and in the original packaging. Opened mystery items cannot be returned unless faulty, the surprise is the product. Full details are in our refund policy.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email hello@abeectoys.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full including delivery, your call.
How do discount codes work?
One code per order, and each code has its own terms. Codes do not stack with other offers. The Dumpling Drop game code is one use per customer on orders over £30.
Do I need an account to order?
No, guest checkout is available. An account gets you faster checkout next time and order tracking in one place.
