At abeec® toys we always strive to provide the very best products and service. Unfortunately, there may be a rare occasion that the order may not be exactly as you had expected.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please do not hesitate to get in touch via email hello@abeectoys.com. Our team will be more than happy to resolve this for you.
Unwanted items
It’s your right to change your mind, we’ve all been there. To be eligible for a return, simply send back your unwanted item within 30 days of receipt unused, unopened, in its original condition and packaging, your return must be in a re-sellable condition.
All returns must be accompanied by a valid abeec® toys returns form with all mandatory information complete . You will be liable for the cost of returning the goods to us and must ensure that they are returned in protective packaging. Where an item is damaged or returned otherwise than as per our stated requirements above, we reserve the right to refuse redress.
Refunds on unwanted items
Once the unwanted item is received back to the warehouse, it will be checked and, granted it meets our return policy conditions, we will then offer a refund for this item. Refunds will be applied to the payment method that was used to purchase the item.
Note: You should receive notification of your refund within 5 working days after your parcel has been returned. If you have not received notification of your refund within 5 working days, please contact us.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged or faulty item. We strive to ensure all your purchases reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a delivery and the item is damaged please refuse the delivery.
Where the damage is not noticeable until you open your parcel and granted the damage is through no fault of your own, or in the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, you may return this item to us in accordance with your statutory rights.
Wrong item received
In the unlikely event you received the wrong item, please accept our apologies but don’t worry, we’ll make it right.
Refunds or exchange on damaged items, faulty items or wrong item/s received
We understand this one is on us. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, a faulty item or the wrong item/s, we are committed to refunding customers the item value at purchase or exchange it for the same model, plus any shipping costs incurred granted it meets our return policy. All items will be checked in order to assess whether the customer is eligible to a refund.

Exchanges will be shipped within 5 days of receipt and a shipping confirmation will be sent to the customer once the replacement is on its way.

Returns Form
It is imperative that a copy of the returns form is printed out, completed accordingly and returned with the item to be returned. Note: exchanges are only eligible for damaged item/s, faulty item/s or wrong item/s sent.

In all cases, items will be inspected and if confirmed as faulty we will issue a suitable form of redress (replacement/repair/refund).
If an item is not deemed faulty following inspection, then we are unable to offer a replacement or refund. A reason will be given as to why the product is in dispute. We will return such items to the customer at the customer’s cost.
In dispute items will be retained by us for 30 days from the date of notification to the customer that no fault has been found and may be destroyed by us after this time where the cost of re-shipping the item to the customer has not been received.
For help and advice on what to do where you believe an item to be faulty, please get in touch with us via our customer service email – hello@abeectoys.com. Don't forget to add the word "RETURN" in the beginning of the subject-line followed by your order number (e.g. RETURN order 1001). We suggest that before you return an item as faulty, please ensure you have checked the batteries.
